Information Regarding COVID-19

At Spinning A Yarn we are taking extra measures to ensure that the health and wellbeing of our customers and our amazing maker Sophie are of the utmost importance. 

We are following UK Government Guidelines to help stop the spread of COVID-19.  

Handling Products

As Sophie is our only maker we can assure you that before making or handling any products, areas are disinfected, hands are sanitised and regular testing is carried out.

 

Shipping & Packaging

Shipping and Packaging is carried out as normal and we are trying our hardest to make sure you receive your order within the stated time frame. However, due to COVID-19 we cannot guarantee you will receive your order within the time frame as this is down to our couriers. Selecting a quicker delivery option will not change the above factors.
